Edmonton Oilers Take 3-1 Series Lead
Oilers One Win Away From Advancing to Second Round
Hyman's Goal Leads the Way in Game 4 Victory
The Edmonton Oilers are one win away from advancing to the second round of the playoffs after defeating the Los Angeles Kings 4-2 in Game 4 on Monday night. Zach Hyman scored the game-winning goal in the third period, and Connor McDavid added two assists.
The Oilers now lead the best-of-seven series 3-1, and Game 5 will be played in Edmonton on Wednesday night. If the Oilers win, they will advance to the second round for the first time since 2017.
"I thought Skinner was unbelievable," Edmonton defenseman Mattias Ekholm said. "He made some huge saves for us, especially in the third period when they were pressing hard."
